A sudden inspection (sidak) towards the occupant of Tambora Flat, Monday (5/30), has found one unit of the flat that was indicated as shift gear rental.

Deputy Head of West Jakarta, M Zen disclosed, the officer managed to find one unit at Tower B on the 12nd floor No. 9 has been rented.

"The owner name is Samsul Suhli. When being checked, his unit is occupied by Ita Rosita," he expressed, Monday (5/30).

He disclosed, from investigation results, Ita Rosita admitted has rented the unit. "The rental cost is Rp 200 thousand per month," she told.

Responding on this matter, M Zen asserted his side will immediately summon Samsul Sulhi and ITa Rosita for questioning.

"If it is true, they will be evicted," he asserted.

Formerly, the Technical Management Unit (UPT) for Jakarta Region II had sealed two units and evicted the occupant last April. This was because the owner did not pay the rental cost one year.
