According to Zainudin, component of flat tariff calculation is consisting of two components, namely investment tariff including the cost of building and land and operational tariff.

"Especially for flat tariff calculation becomes three, that is coupled with lift tariff, because the flat has a lift facility," he expressed.

Additionally, he stated, the Tambora Flat occupants also charged two levies, namely programmed levy and general levy, as well as kiosk. Both applies to all flat occupants in Jakarta.

The flat provides 549 units with 16 floors and is scheduled to be occupied by 477 programmed households and 72 general households.

"Key distribution will be done after the handover process from the contractor to Jakarta government. Then it would be raffled and continued with residential phase," he uttered.
