Due to not having building permit and business, a minimart on Jl Kemandoran VIII, Grogol Utara Urban Village, Kebayoran Lama were sealed by the officer of South Jakarta Spatial Planning Sub-dept.

Section Head of Kebayoran Lama Sub-district Spatial Planning, Cindy Pangastuti said the minimart is known operating over one month after its construction is done. 

Her sub-dept had sent warning letter to the owner to immediately process the permit, yet it was ignored.

"No building permit and business. We have installed a sealing signpost and sealed using a padlock," she told.

Sealing process itself was done when the owner was not in the building, but only two employees. Later on, the owner shoulf process business and building permit in the office of Kebayoran Lama Sub-district One-stop Integrated Service (PTSP).
