Jakarta Governor, Basuki T. Purnama admitted Jakarta Provincial Government can not give RT/RW operational fund based on city’s minimum wage (UMP). At this moment, RT operational fund is Rp 975 thousand per month and RW Rp 1.2 million per month.

Basuki added RT/RW performance will be measured based on their report on Qlue application. He ensured that performance measurement is difficult to be determined. Moreover, illegal levies reports are still dominating their performance.

Responding about proposing ID card without RT/RW recommendation letter, he stated that it is based on Home Ministry policy. It is also supporting ease of doing business (EODB) program.
