No Need to Tap Out: Grab Your Iftar Treats at Transjakarta’s MH Thamrin Bazaar

Looking for a place to Ngabuburit without leaving the bus stop? Transjakarta has you covered. From February 23 to March 15, the 2nd floor of MH Thamrin Bus Stop is turning into a culinary and craft hotspot with the ‘Melangkah dalam Kebaikan’ bazaar.

It’s about convenience for our passengers

Starting at 3 PM every day, the bazaar is perfectly timed for the afternoon rush. It offers a seamless experience for passengers to grab their favorite takjil and support local small businesses simultaneously.

“We are creating more than just a transit point; we’re building an ecosystem. It’s about convenience for our passengers and a platform for our MSMEs to shine amidst the city's busiest corridor," said PR and CSR at Transjakarta Head, Ayu Wardhani, Wednesday (2/25).

Transjakarta Gives Green Light for Iftar on the Move

This year’s bazaar features a curated array of culinary delights from popular local vendors, including Dapoer JM, Gamed Street Food, Kede Dimsum by Sukabumi, Kede Sukabumi, Lalaco, and Takjil.co.

She noted that the participation of these diverse tenants does more than just bolster the creative economy; it transforms Transjakarta bus stops into vibrant public spaces with high social value.

To ensure a pleasant experience for commuters, Transjakarta has carefully managed the bazaar’s operations to maintain a smooth passenger flow and keep the station area orderly.

“We warmly invite all our passengers and the public to stop by, shop, and stand behind our local products. Let’s turn our daily commute into a meaningful gesture of sharing and kindness during this holy month,” she concluded.
