Residents Disappointed PTSP Closed Earlier

Residents visiting one-integrated service office (BPTSP) are disappointed because the working hours must end at 2 PM.

Adi (32), one of residents visiting the office, admitted that working hours are too short.

“I have read from media. I thought I would get the service today,” he said, Monday (6/6).

Jakarta Provincial Government has changed the working hours of civil servants from 7.30 AM up to 2 PM during fasting month.
