Over Ramadhan, the operational hours of Jakarta One-Stop Integrated Service Agency (BPTSP) will be the same with Jakarta civil servant (PNS). The service will open at 7.30 AM-2 PM.

"We remain serve residents until 2 PM," said Head of Jakarta BPTSP, Edi Junaedi Harahap, Friday (6/3). 

Harahap continued, during Ramadhan, permit document processing is also limited only 100 applicants. Additionally, the delivery service (AJIB) on regular day is targeted processing five permits, will be decreased to four permits. 

"Generally, the queue will end at 11 AM. That means the service does not change much, this is only about working hours," he finished.
