Seribu Islands One-Integrated (PTSP) has new way to conduct satisfaction survey for its service. Survey is taken via tablet in every PTSP offices.

“All PTSP office have tablet to get satisfaction survey,” said Lamhot Tambunan, Seribu Islands Head of PTSP, Friday (6/3).
After getting service in PTSP office, citizens will give their assessment through the tablet. It is directly connected with province PTSP.
