Jakpro PMP Focused on LRT

PT Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro)'s Government Capital (PMP) will be focused on development of Light Rail Transit (LRT). PMP in question is PMP that given two years ago since 2015.

Agar ini bisa segera groundbreaking dan bisa segera terwujud. Makanya kami akan minta revisi terhadap peruntukan PMP yang sudah ada, alokasinya untuk LRT,

Head of Jakarta Planning and Development Agency (Bappeda), Tuty Kusumawati disclosed, the policy was taken to support LRT development. Considering it is targeted to operate prior to 2018 Asian Games. 

"PMP utilization can be allocated to LRT thus a groundbreaking could be executed. That's why we ask a revision for PMP designation, its allocation for LRT," she disclosed, at City Hall, Tuesday (6/7).

Jakpro Optimistic for LRT Groundbreaking Slated with City Anniversary

According to her, PMP allocation that has been drafted by PT Jakpro must be re-drafted. Totally, the PMP amount that given last two years is Rp 4.4 trillion.

"It was from PMP from 2015 City Budget (APBD) Amendment and 2016 APBD," expressed Tuty.

She added that total budget for LRT phase 1 is reaching Rp 4.5-5 trillion. Later on, the the rest budget will be billed from PT Jakpro to seek by cooperating with third parties. For the initial stage, phase 1 will be developed, including Kelapa Gading-Velodrome. The groundbreaking will be done on June 22. 

"If the budget is still lacking, maybe they have other ways to get additional budget beyond PMP," he finished.
