Jakarta Governor, Basuki T. Purnama said river theory can not be implemented for sea. It means disaster caused by sea or river can not used same theory.

In fact, the theory can not be used to handle tidal wave on the sea. If the theory can be used, the sea sand can be dredged and sold freely.

Basuki added sea water amount will always the same. Nowadays, global heat causes solid shape of water melting.

“No matter where you are, the amount of sea water is the same,” he added.
