No Building Permit, 3 Buildings in Tidung Island Sealed

Due to not having building permit (IMB), Three buildings owned by Tidung Island residents are sealed by Seribu Islands Spatial Planning Sub-dept.

"We seal three buildings because the owner still processes the building permit," said Surahman, Head of Tidung Island Urban Village, South Seribu Islands, Saturday (6/11).

Formerly, there were seven buildings, comprising 7 homestays and 1 house that sealed on June 2. But 4 of them have done building permit processing.

"Those outer the island who have a homestay and a building must obey the rules. As a result, locals have problem about land certificate, thus building permit ignored sometimes," he uttered.
