City Council Receives BPK Audit Report for the 2025 Fiscal Year

The Jakarta City Council held a plenary meeting to submit the Audit Result Report (LHP) of the Indonesian Audit Board (BPK) on the Jakarta Regional Government Financial Report (LKPD) for the 2025 Fiscal Year, Friday (6/5).

The meeting was chaired by the Chairman of the Jakarta City Council, Khoirudin, and attended by the Jakarta Governor, Pramono Anung; Member V of the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK RI), Bobby Adhityo Rizaldi; members of the Regional Leadership Coordination Forum (Forkopimda); and officials within the Jakarta Provincial Government.

Khoirudin stated that the BPK's audit report is a crucial instrument for achieving credible, transparent, and integrated regional financial governance. He believes the audit results provide a strategic foundation for the Jakarta City Council in carrying out its oversight function effectively and sustainably.
"The recommendations submitted are not merely seen as an evaluation, but as an opportunity to strengthen the regional financial management system to make it more adaptive and responsive to community needs," he added.
Khoirudin commended the BPK for its professional, independent, and objective audit. He also welcomed the Jakarta Provincial Government's achievement in once again receiving an unqualified opinion (WTP) for its 2025 financial report.
According to him, the success of maintaining the WTP opinion nine times in a row is the result of the hard work of all levels of the Jakarta Provincial Government in compiling and presenting financial reports in accordance with applicable regulations.
