Pramono emphasized that the collapse of the pedestrian facility in Tendean was caused by human error. A vehicle carrying heavy equipment passed by with a load exceeding the pedestrian bridge's capacity. As a result, the pedestrian bridge's structure was damaged, appearing to be on the verge of collapse.
"This is due to the negligence of drivers who carry heavy equipment that exceeds its capacity, thus causing extraordinary traffic jams," Pramono stated.
