Currently, progress stands at 27.01%, with the work being handled by a third party via e-Catalog procurement.

"This drainage is being reinforced with 60x60x120 cm concrete U-ditches and box culverts to ensure maximum durability and optimal water flow capacity," he explained.

This project received appreciation from Malaka Jaya Urban Village Head, Eko Purnomo Asih.

"Upgrading this channel is a high-priority move; the old infrastructure simply couldn't keep up anymore," he explained.

To ensure transparency, his side conducted a public briefing on July 7 with community leaders and residents to discuss the project’s impact.

"It aims to wrap this up on time. We want to see an immediate impact—no more flooding and a much more efficient drainage system during the peak of the rainy season," he emphasized.
