According to him, budgeting system in the city is getting better and better. City 2016 budget is almost perfect. In fact, improvement must be still carried out.
Basuki Proposes Multi-Years Rule to Be Revised“It needs more improvement for the budget component. It is hoped we can do it next year,” he added.
Basuki added that budgeting and civil servant performance are improved with key performance indicator (KPI). The system enforces civil servant to boost their performance to get higher allowance.
“No civil servants are safe. Their performance is always supervised,” he closed.
