To help suppress the price of beef, a police station in East Jakarta, ranging from resort until sector police simultaneously hold a market operation (OP).

In resort police today, we prepare 100 kg of beef worth Rp 70 thousand per kg

East Jakarta Metro Resort Police Chief, Sr. Comr. Mohammad Agung Budijono said his side is cooperating with Ministry of Trade to smoothen the operation market that opened at resort police and 10 sector police headquarters. It will be held until two days before Eid ul Fitr.

"In resort police today, we prepare 100 kg of beef worth Rp 70 thousand per kg," stated Sr. Comr. Mohammad Agung Budijono, Wednesday (6/22).

He continued, the lower-income people can consume beef in fulfilling their nutrition. The price offered is cheaper than market price that reached Rp 120-130 thousand per kg.

Sonya (47), a citizen of Kebon Pala Kampung Melayu admitted he was happy, because she can buy cheap beef. She bought two kg of frozen beef.

"The price is affordable. All this time, beef is expensive you know. That's why I buy two kg of beef for our stock at home," she finished.
