Nine property owners in Kapuk, Cengkareng in RT 08/12, West Jakarta, affected by the Apuran River Pump House project, have agreed to move to the Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi apartments in Cengkareng Timur.

Instead, the West Jakarta administration arranged for them to relocate to the Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi apartments in Cengkareng Timur.
Twenty-five property owners toured the site and learned about the relocation plan during a September 30 visit with West Jakarta Mayor Iin Muthmainah.
Residents were asked to tear down their own homes within two weeks, with city workers providing labor and moving help.
"Today, our personnel dismantled four buildings and helped residents move straight into the Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi apartments," Suhardin added.
Cengkareng Satpol PP Head Sukarya said 102 joint personnel from Satpol PP, Water Resources, Bina Marga, PPSU, and local government staff were deployed to manage the relocation.
"The rest will move together next Wednesday. We're ready to help residents move and tear down their buildings," he stressed.
Andri Sudiarto, a resident in RT 08/12, said he does not mind relocating to back the city's flood prevention efforts.
"I've lived here for 25 years, but since it's a government program, we support it," he admitted.
