It is because the border of Cipinang Melayu Makasar Sub-district and Cipinang Besar Selatan Jatinegara Sub-district is dark.

East Jakarta Head Sub-dept. of Industry and Energy, Nurhidayat, stated the lights are installed from Jembatan Serong up to the end of Jalan Inspeksi Kalimalang.
“There are 9 90 watts LED lights, added with three HPS lights on the bridge,” he stated.
