Jakarta PHL, PPSU & TA Must Have BPJS

Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama asserted, all freelancers (PHL), PPSU and experts (TA) serving under Jakarta Provincial Government must be registered on BPJS.

All PHL, PPSU and TA must have BPJS, either health or workers. All is excluding salaries given

According to him, all premium costs will be covered by Jakarta government. The premium costs excluding salaries or fees paid to these workers. It is beyond salary that paid to every worker.

"All PHL, PPSU and TA must have BPJS, either health or workers. All is excluding salaries given," he disclosed, at City Hall, Thursday (6/30).

BPJS Kesehatan Participant’s Cash Flow to Be Checked

Therefore, he asks every SKPD and UKPD which have PPSU, PHL and TA to allocate in the City Budget (APBD) respectively.

"It must be allocated in each SKPD and UKPD. This is a must," he asserted.

If it is not done, they will be evaluated.

"Supposedly, all have BPJS. I say once again, this is a must," he expressed.
