Autobus Company in Pulogadung Controlled

Tens of Autobus Companies (PO) in Pulogadung Terminal, began to be disciplined. There are at least 20 signposts of PO bus removed due to expired Supervisor Card (KPS) and Business Permit Card (KIU). Supposedly, the operational had been moved to Pulogebang Terminal.

Terminal Technical Management Unit Head for Jakarta Transportation Dept, Mohammad Faisol disclosed, in Pulogadung Terminal, there are 80 PO buses operating and selling ticket. Because of this matter, starting today, PO bus's signpost had to be removed.

"We have removed 20 signposts of PO bus. Then the rest will be removed later," he told.

11 Ticket Booths Outside Terminal will Be Closed Down

Before being disciplined, his side had held socialization thus they could move to Pulogebang Terminal. During operation in Ramadan, they ask for an extension until after Eid ul Fitr. The reason is they will carry passengers when homecoming.

 

"No more any reason. If they persist, they will be ticketed or its operational will be stopped," he stressed.

Chief of Bin Gakkum Sub-directorate for Polda Metro Jaya, AKBP Budiyanto added his side helps Transportation Dept to conduct controlling. Escorting will be done continuously until the problem is clear.

"Controlling involves Transportation Dept and army/police. We will do security thus relocation process could run properly," he stated.
