10 Million Foreign Workers in Jakarta is Rumor

Jakarta Governor, Basuki T. Purnama is not sure if the number of foreign workers in Jakarta reaches 10 million people. If the number is true, then it will be the same with total number of Jakarta citizens.

According to him, the number of foreign tourist is not reach 10 million people. Jakarta is too small for another 10 million people.
Illegal Foreign Workers Must Be Controlled“We have no place to accommodate 10 million people of foreign workers,” he added.
Basuki explained the number of foreign workers in Jakarta only reaches thousands. They must participate in working training. His side involves sole agent to provide the training.
“We have certification for the foreign workers. Training is provided by sole agent,” he closed.
