The Seribu Islands One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) office along with Population and Civil Registration Sub-dept and other units serve 76 applicants from Tidung Island Urban Village through jemput bola (officers to take the initiative to visit residents).

"This is our routine program. Totally, we receive 76 applicants and directly processed. We synergy with regional working unit (UKPD) to do it," expressed Lamhot Tambunan, Head of Seribu Islands PTSP Office, Friday (7/22).

He stated, yesterday's service was focused on the office of Tidung Island Urban Village, yet the service was limited only at 1 PM.

"Most people process document about population and civil registration, permit, tax, etc," he told.

He added, some of these services, the sub-dept managed to process 28 files, 18 documents of NPWP, and so on," he disclosed.
