Koja PTSP Issued 5,934 Documents

From January until May 2016, the Koja Urban Village One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) Office, Koja Sub-district, North Jakarta has issued 5,934 documents. Service is dominated by birth certificate, e-ID card recording and ID card processing.

Koja Urban Village Head, Depika Romadi disclosed activity in Koja Urban Village PTSP room is pretty busy every day. It is proven based on a daily note where 100-200 citizens visit the PTSP service room.

As a result, from January-May 2016, there are 5,934 documents served, with details, January (1,007 documents), February (1,119 documents), March (1,216 documents), April (1,423 documents) and May (1,169 documents)

PTSP Service Time Extended

"From that number, the service is dominated by birth certificate, e-ID card recording and ID card processing about 40 percent. The rest are SKCK, SIUP, death certificate and so on," he expressed, Wednesday (6/8).

Depika explained, many residents process birth certificate because it is commonly needed for completing school registration, Hajj and Umrah.
