A scavenger named Adri was cuffed by East Jakarta Satpol PP when he was sawing Kalimalang River guardrail at Lampiri intersection, Pondok Kelapa Urban Village, Duren Sawit Sub-District, East Jakarta, Thursday (5/8). From his hands, the officers confiscated hacksaw, rope, a bicycle, and a three-meter long iron fence that had been cut.

Meanwhile, when being interrogated by Head of East Jakarta Satpol PP City Facilities Section, Agus Sidiki, Adri admitted that he does not have Jakarta ID Card (KTP). He comes from Manado and lives under Besi Bridge, Grogol, West Jakarta.
