A land owned by Jakarta Park and Cemetery Sub-dept that located at Jl Lingkar Sukasari, RW 05, Harapan Mulya Urban Village, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta are rampant with illegal building. The building has been existed since for decades.

Head of Central Jakarta Regional Asset Management (KPAD), Reza Pahlevi disclosed, the land already has certificate number 441/Harapan Mulya/1987.
