City Asset in Tanjung Barat Taken Over

South Jakarta Administration took over an asset owned by City Provincial Government in form of a multipurpose building in Tanjung Barat urban Village, Jagakarsa. The land width is about 1,940 square meters and its building about 1,532 square meters.

"For protecting our asset, we will continue to monitor and take over the lands that powered by third party by involving local headmen," said Tri Kurniadi, Mayor of South Jakarta, Friday (8/19).

In the meantime, Head of South Jakarta Asset Management (KPAD), Ayub Solehudin explains the multipurpose building is the obligation of PT Hatmohadji that been handed over to Jakarta government with a dossier (BOP) on Social and Public Facilities No. 1710/1996.

City Asset Inventory Handled by BPKAD

"Asset in form of multipurpose building will be reported to Jakarta BPKAD and then can be used in accordance with its designation," he told.

As for the information, the building was formerly managed by RT 03/02 Tanjung Barat Urban Village and rented to PT Sinmas for film activity over local RT's permit.

This time, the rights has been taken over by South Jakarta Administration and has been made in dossier about rights handover.
