Jakarta City Council suggests the purchasing of ex-British embassy land is handled by Regional-Owned Enterprises (BUMD).
It should be handled by BUMD, do not use Dept. of Park budget
“It should be handled by BUMD, do not use Dept. of Park budget,” said Prasetio Edi Marsudi, Jakarta City Council Head, Tuesday (8/23).
Prasetio added that many of agency’s budgets for land buying are postponed just for ex-British embassy land. That is why the purchasing should be handled by BUMD.

According to him, the land buying has been planned since the period of Governor Joko Widodo.
