PD Pasar Jaya is about to renovate the Pasar Rumput, Manggarai, South Jakarta on September 15, 2016. Later on, all traders will be relocated to a temporary shelter (TPS) which is located on left side of the old market.

As planned, the land would be transformed into a low-cost apartment (rusunawi) with 24 floors. In details, two floors are for market and 22 floors are for dwelling.
