City Administration will accelerate the integrated flat construction in Pasar Rumput and Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta.

“City will help the developer to assist flat construction as concerning this is central government project,” said Ika Lestari Aji, Head of Jakarta Public Housing and Government’s Building Department, Thursday (10/14).
Ika added, the flat will be built in both places. City Administration will assist to sterilize the area at once relocate traders to a temporary shelter.

Shwe added the flat is purposed to accomodate traders and residents along Ciliwung Riverbank.
“Our first priority is trader and resident. According to the plan, there will be 3,000 units in each flats,” she stated.
However, another flat would be built in ex-fire place of Wood Technical Management Unit (UPT) belongs to Jakarta Marine, Fishery, and Food Security Department in Pondok Pinang, South Jakarta.
“The basic design wil be made this year and is hoped could begin next year after the budget approved. If it possible, there would be 3 towers,” she disclosed
