Up to this month, total Transjakarta bus passenger is 11,583,458 people. Since July ago, total passenger number is 10,207,673 people.
The achievement is achieved uneasily
PT Transjakarta Public Relation, Prasetia Budi, said the increasing of bus passenger is caused by several factors. They are new route with service and fleet improvement, and lane sterilization.
“The achievement is achieved uneasily. Creative ideas are given to gain the passenger number,” he said, Monday (9/5).
Transjakarta Serves 3,000 Passengers Every DayPrasetia added that Berani Berubah hashtag also has role to support the team work. It can be seen that passenger number keeps increasing since January 2016.
