Six Pharmacies Licensing in Pramuka Market Revoked

Operational license of six pharmacies in Pramuka Market, Matraman, East Jakarta, finally revoked. All drugs are directly confiscated by the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BPOM) and the police.

All drugs have been confiscated. Pharmacy closed and should not be selling again

"All drugs have been confiscated. Pharmacy closed and should not be selling again. They must apply for a new license again and open in somewhere else," said Widya Astuti, Section Head of Inspection for Jakarta BPOM, Wednesday (9/14).

According to Astuti, the owner cannot sell again in the market. This is because it is based on Jakarta Governor's instruction, traders who harm consumer is forbidden to sell again.

A Pharmacy in Kramat Jati Market Threatened to Be Sealed

Those pharmacies are Fauzi Farma, Sinar Sehat 1 and 2, paris, Rezeki and Apotek Rakyat Mamar Guci.

"This is an example for other traders if they want to play naughty. We will give decisive action," he closed.
