But we will install the water distribution for six islands only
Head Section of Underground and Surface Water Planning, Aditia Putra, admitted his side is providing SWRO at eight islands. The islands are Lancang, Payung, Tidung, Kelapa, Harapan, Panggang, Sebira and Pramuka.
“But we will install the water distribution for six islands only,” he admitted, Thursday (9/15).
Rp 91 B Allocated to Develop SWRO in Seribu IslandsIt means Sebira and Payung Island will have no water distribution installation. It is because the existing SWRO project has capacity by 10 meter cubic
per day. It’s already sufficient for the local citizens.“The number of population at those two islands is also lower compared to the other islands,” he added.
According to him, his side allocates Rp 91 billion to provide eight SWRO. It is targeted to operate the SWRO in December 2016.
