Basuki Encourages Developers to Fight Bribery

Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama encourages the developer in the capital to fight bribery. Considering, the city administration has formed the One-Stop Integrated Service Agency (BPTSP) to process the licensing with ease.

"Bribery is not our style. Because we have PTSP that process all licensing," he stated, at Kempinski Hotel, Jl Jendral Sudirman, Central Jakarta, Wednesday (9/21).

Basuki acknowledged, deliberately formed BPTSP to create a good broker for the developer for processing licensing. As replacement, the city administration asks contribution from the developer to assist repair the sidewalk.

His party is also fixing budget system in the capital. One of them is by imposing non-cash transaction.

"I believe if want to eliminate corruption, we must be transparent. Because our core issue is corruption," he uttered.
