Pulogebang Flat Requests For Non-formal Education

The Pulogebang Flat management in Cakung, East Jakarta hoped the learning and teaching activities (KBM) Package A, B and C could be opened in the flat tower. By so, children who have dropped out of school can continue education.

Pulogebang Flat Management Head, Ageng Darmintono disclosed, at this time, his side is still collecting data of the children who have dropped out of school in the flat. From temporary results, there are 25 children dropped out of school in Pulogebang Flat and 30 children in Komarudin Flat. Most of them are aged 11-12 years old.

"Most of them drop out of school is due to economic problem. We want they to be able to enjoy education and have a diploma," he stated, Tuesday (10/11).
