"I'll make proposal to Mr. Governor to issue the gubernatorial regulation. This is for teenagers under 19 years old to consume liquor and go to nightclub. We will discuss it soon whether it is allowing or not," expressed Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat, at City Hall, Tuesday (10/11).

Through the ban, it is hoped able to suppress the ruin of the young generation.
