Heavy Equipments at Rambutan 1 Reservoir Operated Again

Four heavy equipments belonging Jakarta Water Management Dept is re-operated to conduct dredging at Rambutan 1 Reservoir, Ciracas, East Jakarta. Previously, the equipments were not operated because of delays in diesel fuel supply.

Rambutan 1 Reservoir Controller, Marudin disclosed that 710 liters of diesel has been brought to the site. Currently heavy equipment immediately conducts dredging the reservoir.

"Today, the equipment has been operated and we need 480 litters of diesel assuming 120 liters of each heavy equipment," he expressed, Wednesday (10/26).

Heavy Equipments for Rambutan 1 Reservoir Operation Stopped

He hoped there is no longer a problem when the delivery of diesel fuel. Thus, the machine can operate every day.

"The equipment operates from 8 AM-4 PM, we hope fuel stock is enough every day," he hoped.

Jakarta Water Management Dept Head, Teguh Hendrawan explained his dept directly does a sudden inspection to the location after finding such problem. According to him, the executor did not make a report about this matter.

"No more the same problem, I have asked Head of Maintenance Section to routinely do monitoring there. Because diesel supply in each plot is taken from the nearest depot," he finished.
