Based on Beritajakarta.com's data, many drivers of private vehicles including Metromini and Kopaja have done contra flow, either from Blok M towards Ciledug or vice versa. Ironically, there is nonexistent traffic-control officers.

As experienced by Budi (40), a worker of Gandaria City said such condition has been going on every day. He assessed, many drivers conduct contra flow to avoid congestion at Kebayoran Lama Flyover. It is due to no definite rules and nonexistent traffic-control officers.

Responding on this matter, Head of South Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept, Christianto asserted will immediately instruct the officer to manage traffic at the location. In future, the officer will always be alerted.

"Our member in Kebayoran Lama Market, will be encouraged to such location. If we see the condition, we will send our officer routinely," he finished.
