Spotlights Powered 175 Watts Light Up Casablanca Flyover

South Jakarta Industry and Energy Sub-dept has replaced ceiling lamps under Casablanca Flyover, Tebet Sub-district. The lamp type High Pressure Sodium (HPS) has been replaced with spotlight type HPI-T.

Ceiling lamp powered 150-250 watts is very influential on sight driver. That's why we replace it with HPI-T powered 175 watts

South Jakarta Industry and Energy Sub-dept, Suryanto disclosed 20 lamps were replaced. The HPI-T lamp has 175 watts power with white fluorescent that can help for road lighting under the flyover. Additionally, it is saving electric power consumption.

"Ceiling lamp powered 150-250 watts is very influential on sight driver. That's why we replace it with HPI-T powered 175 watts," he explained, Thursday (10/27).

LED Lamp Installation Along Jl Kalimalang Accelerated

He went on the say that lamp replacement aims to balance the use of smart LED system. Because the street light under flyover has been using LED SS lamps with white incandescent and brighter.

"Initially, we saw some lamps went out thus should be repaired. But we decided to replace them using HPI-T lamp," he disclosed.
