"Construction and normalization of water channel to overcome inundation that often occurs every rainy season," said Achmad Daeroby, Head of Development and Improvement of Flood Management System for East Jakarta Water Management Sub-dept, Wednesday (11/9).
He stated, according to contract, normalization project at 23 points of channels has been ongoing since August 30, 2016 and will be complete on November 27. It spends Rp 57.977 billion.
Connecting Channel Jalan Krendang Utara Normalized"Our main problem is utility network in the channel thus needs time for the relocation," he finished.
