E-Performance App Being Made to Accommodate Public Complaint

Jakarta Communication, Informatic and Public Relation Sub-dept is about to make an e-performance application that accommodates a follow up of public complaint in order to simplify coordination.

"Manual system is wasteful. With e-performance, all will be saved. Because complaint is no longer reported manually but just via application," expressed Head of North Jakarta Communication, Informatic and Public Relation Sub-dept, Christian Anthony, Thursday (11/10).

In following up complaint, Christian disclosed, the village chief and SKPD that get complaint do not need to coordinate manually, cell phone or paper print to the boss.

"Complaint results can be photographed, and upload the details via application thus the mayor can monitor and enter the e-performance of North Jakarta Administration," he explained.

While for finalizing and socializing it through http://smartaduanju.jakarta.go.id, his sub-dept would hold a technical training towards each operator of SKPD/UKPD.
