Downsizing Plan on SKPD Is Adjusted to Workload

The downsizing plan on regional working unit (SKPD) under Jakarta Provincial Government is seen from the proper size and function, effective and efficient.

Downsizing aim on echelon III and IV officials and civil servant placement is according to the workload and competency of each employee

Jakarta Acting Governor, Sumarsono explained that downsizing plan is in accordance with the workload of employees.

"Downsizing aim on echelon III and IV officials and civil servant placement is according to the workload and competency of each employee," he disclosed, at City Council building, Wednesday (11/23).

Jakarta Structural Officials Will Be Downsized 15 Percent

In its implementation, he stated, it is hoped able to improve the optimization of functional positions and reduce the number of personnel expenditure budget.

"It is directed to improve the quality and quantity of the functional positions by keeping in mind the increase in the welfare of all employees," he disclosed.

Sumarsono went on the say that the structural positions placement will be conducted through inauguration towards SKPD that does not change. While the SKPD that changes will be inaugurated.

It is also similar with Decree of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Ministry Number B 3116/M.PAN/09/2016.
