According to Muchtar, BPMPKB budget is very low. Thus, to realize West Jakarta as a friendly city for children in 56 urban villages and 8 sub-districts, it must involve the Sub-District Leaders Forum (LMK). Moreover, LMK’s social aid and grant funds are all this time only used for repair works of roads and water channels.
