1,500 Complaints Sent to Qlue A Day

Smart City Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) Head, Setiaji, complaints delivered by the citizens are for traffic jam, waste, damaged road, street light, flood, and street vendor.

“About 70-80 percent of complaints have been handled well,” he said, Wednesday (11/30).

Role of Jakarta Smart City Continues to Be Improved

According to him, the most reported problems are waste and traffic jam.

“If the response is slow, we’ll directly call the related unit to overcome the matter,” he added.
