City to Construct Underpass on Jalan RA Kartini Next Year

Jakarta Provincial Government is about to construct underpass on Jalan RA Kartini, Pondok Pinang, Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta early next year. The construction is targeted to complete and operate by December 2017.
The underpass will speed up the traffic from north to south, and also support Transjakarta corridor VIII
Head Section of Elevated Intersection for Dept. of Bina Marga, Hananto Krisna, said the construction is aimed to reduce intersection between Jalan Metro Pondok Indah and Jalan TB Simatupang.

“The budget prepared is Rp 90 billion and is targeted to complete in December 2017,” he closed.
