Around 40 ornamental plant sellers that open stall along Jl I Gusti Ngurah Rai, Duren Sawit, East Jakarta have been relocated since two days ago to a new location at the corner of Jl I Gusti Ngurah Rai, precisely near Klender Baru Station, Pondok Kopi. But they are only temporary.

Based on Beritajakarta.com, Thursday (12/8), before being relocated to a new place, those sellers were selling on the sidewalk and water channel that located at the corner of Jl Gusti I Ngurah Rai, Pondok Kopi, starting from Klender Baru Station until eastward as far as 700-800 meters. They occupied the sidewalk and channel that is on the roadside. 

Duren Sawit Sub-district Head, Abu Bakar disclosed, the relocation is only temporary. This is because they will be relocated to Jl Alu Alu, Jati Urban Village and Jl Raya Cipinang, Pulogadung. To relocate them, it must be awaiting instruction from East Jakarta Mayor. In addition, it will also be discussed at the city level first.

"Relocation is just temporary. They will be relocated to Jl Alu-Alu Jati Urban Village. But it should be awaiting the mayor's instruction," he stated.

He admitted do not know schedule when the relocation can be conducted again. Hence, they are allowed to sell on the sidewalk of Jl I Gusti Ngurah Rai temporarily.
