2017, RPTRA Management Is Under Urban Village

In the upcoming 2017, the management of Child-Friendly Integrated Public Space (RPTRA) will be handed over to urban village side that was previously under Jakarta Society, Women and Family Planning Empowerment Agency (BPMPKB).

Jakarta BPMPKB Head, Dien Emmawati disclosed his side will manage the RPTRA until the end of this year. While in next year, it would be under each urban village.

She added the reason is the number of RPTRA continues to increase. Until the end of this year, its number will reach 182 locations. "It's impossible if we manage them again," she expressed.
Moreover, each urban village will be targeted to have one RPTRA. Each RPTRA is managed by six employees. They are non-civil servant that recruited by Jakarta BPMPKB.
"Recruitment system is through assessment by involving a bank, thus we get a manager who has a heart to share and serve the residents," he finished.
