Amphibious Excavators Sent to Dredge Ancol River

Seven units of amphibious excavator are sent to dredge the Ancol River, Pademagan, North Jakarta. It will be executed for 16 hours per day that divided into two shift.

North Jakarta Water Resources Sub-dept Head, Herning Wahyuningsih disclosed that dredging aims to deepen the river up to 3 meters.

"We divide into two shift, morning and evening. We effort to speed up thus water flow from Ciliwung River, Pasar Baru. Later on, mud that has been dredged will be placed in Rorotan or Ancol PLTU," he expressed, Monday (1/9).
