Green chili pepper hike price bites the sellers in the market. No wonder, from normal price from Rp 40,000, the current price has touched Rp 80,000 per kg. 

Last week, chili was still at Rp 60,000, and now has touched Rp 80,000 per kg

As experienced by Rohmahniah (43), one of vegetable sellers at Block C on first floor of vegetable stall, Kramat Jati Market. She expressed, the rising green chili price continues to rise since last month. It is due to weather factor that causes swollen care costs.

"Last week, chili was still at Rp 60,000, and now has touched Rp 80,000 per kg," she stated, Monday (1/16). 

Based on beritajakarta.com, red chili price is reaching Rp 150,000 per kg, red curly chili Rp 60,000 per kg and big red chili Rp 40,000 per kg.

On the other hand, vegetable price is still stable. Among them are carrot Rp 12,000 per kg, tomato Rp 10,000 per kg, bean Rp 16,000 per kg, cabbage Rp 10,000 per kg and potato Rp 16,000 per kg. 

Then for other basic needs price is also stable. Like native chicken remained at Rp 21,000 per kg and beef Rp 120 per kg.
