4,900 SS LED Lamps to Be Installed in South Jakarta

Thousands of Smart System (SS) LED will be installed in South Jakarta this year. Installation is focused on public roads such as environment, settlement, and connecting road.

Before installation, we will conduct mapping so we know the necessities that will fit citizen's needs

South Jakarta Head Sub. dept of Industrial and Energy, Suryanto said that SS LED installation was proposal from citizens aspiration. Installed wattage are 40 watt and 90 watt.

"In 2017, we will install 4,900 SS LED lamps. Before installation, we will conduct mapping so we know the necessities that will fit citizen's needs," Suryanto said, Monday (1/16).

1,431 Off Street Light Complaints Been Repaired

According to him, SS LED installation budget is from DKI Jakarta Sub.dept of Industrial and Energy. His side just assists the installation.

Nevertheless, his side also will install lamp with self-management system. So, 12 freelancers or contract personnel (PTKI) will be placed in each sub-district.

"They will work in three shifts to handle lamp in 10 sub-districts," he closed.
