2016 Financial Statements Targeted to Complete by End of February

City Provincial Government is targeting completion of the 2016 financial statements at the end of February. Every regional working unit (SKPD) is asked to be faster in the preparation of the report.

Our SKPD is hoped to finish the report in mid-February

City Secretary, Saefullah disclosed, financial statements is more orderly. As planned, the 2016 financial statements will be submitted to the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) for examination.

"Financial statements in Jakarta is relatively more orderly. Our SKPD is hoped to finish the report in mid-February," he stated, at City Hall, Tuesday (1/17).

SKPD Instructed to Explain 97 Findings of BPK

He reminds them to correct the record given by BPK on the 2015 financial statements. Some of the records that must be corrected such as recording of tax receivable, conversion note for SP3L obligation recording of SIPPT, and fixed asset recording.

"Last year, we get input a reasonable with exceptions (WDP), because there are some problems discovered by BPK. This year, we will fix it," he expressed.

According to him, the important thing is about asset recording. He asked each SKPD to more focus on the asset. Moreover, in the new regional organization, has been formed to manage the asset, namely Regional Asset Management Agency (BPAD).

"This year, our asset will be more orderly for recording asset. Because there has been its own asset agency," he uttered.
